You may know us as Protected Trust Email Encryption, or perhaps just Protected Trust. As our email encryption product has grown and our company offerings have increased, we believe it is the right time to create a new brand for our email encryption product.
Our new brand comes with the product the market has learned to trust, and we welcome an even better user experience and an improved product designed to meet your needs. We are recognized as one of the most powerful encryption solutions on the market for the secure exchange of confidential data.
We are excited to introduce you to Send It Secure by Protected Trust!

What does this change mean for you?
A better user experience and better access to our features. We are pairing the rebrand with a UI refresh to our web portal, which will bring existing features to the forefront and make them easier to navigate.
We will also be launching a new Help Center at https://help.senditsecure.com, to better assist you. Hopefully, you can find answers
to your questions quicker than ever, as we build out more and more content.
What is not changing?
We are still a part of Protected Trust, we just have a new name for the email encryption product. We will continue to provide the same great service and support that you have come to expect from us.
All of our Protected Trust branded apps including the Windows Client, Outlook Add-in, iOS App, and SMTP Relay will continue to function as normal. These will be rebranded over time.
This change only affects the email encryption product, it does not affect any other services that you have with Protected Trust. All other Protected Trust services will continue under their existing branding.
Why is this happening?
We want to provide the best possible product and as our company offerings have increased, we believe that it is the right time to bring a more descriptive and separate identity to our email encryption product.
When is this happening?
In the coming weeks, you will begin to see the Send It Secure name in different places as we transition components of our system. Over time, more and more components will be rebranded and eventually, the web portal and SMTP Relay will be moved to new domains.
